I have been meaning to give my son multivitamins for some time now. He has just turned 5 and he has finally started to take a daily multivitamin. He has been trying out the new Omega-3 + Multivitamins Orange Flavour Pastilles, made by Bassetts Vitamins.
This is for children aged 3-6 years and has added Omega -3, plus Vitamin B6 to support normal psychological function and Vitamin B5 which contributes to mental performance.
When my son tried his first orange Bassetts Multivitamin, for the first time, I asked him what he thought of it and how did it taste. After explaining a little to him what it was he was about to eat and its benefits he was eager to try one. His answer to my question was: “They taste of orange and raspberry. I want to eat them every day. They are delicious.”
The multivitamin is orange flavoured not orange and raspberry. But he adores raspberries (and oranges) so any similarity to those is a winner for him. Bassetts Vitamins are also soft and chewy, so they’re easy to take.
As soon as he tried his first multivitamin I asked him to draw just how he thought the vitamin tasted. He immediately thought of an orange character and drew a picture of him with his own orange vitamin inside himself. He even gave him a name – Jit!
Further Information
Your child must only take one of these multivitamins a day. The pack we have photographed contains 30 vitamins. A major bonus for me is that they contain no added sugar and have natural flavours and colours. Always a must for children, especially young ones.
The Bassetts Vitamins Multivitamins support the health of 3-6 year olds because they contain Vitamin B6, which supports normal psychological function, and Vitamin B5, which contributes to mental performance to support a smart way to start the day.
