With an impressive seven pools and seven restaurants the Olympic Lagoon Resort Ayia Napa is a great family-friendly hotel. It is situated close to Landa Beach and has a great pool scene. Ayia Napa itself is just 3km away and the popular Nissi beach is 1.5km. For those without a car, you can walk 15 minutes to WaterWorld Waterpark. The hotel has its own shop and there is a supermarket behind the hotel. Plus, there is a bus service that runs every 15 minutes in the summer. 

Ayia Napa is a resort town on the southeast coast of Cyprus. It is just a 4.5-hour flight from the UK and a 50-minute drive from Larnaca airport. It is known for being a party destination but it has its quiet side with cobbled streets, harbourside tavernas and a Medieval monastery. Ayia Napa is attractive to families and there is plenty to do in the area.

Highlights

The hotel’s seven pools range from one just for families to one that is just for adults. Children have their own pool with a pirate ship and waterslides. Around the landscaped gardens is a fun lazy river with rubber rings to aid your total relaxation. Indoors there is one of the largest swimming pools in Cyprus. It is heated and is semi-Olympic-sized with whirlpools and features.

Your Board Basis

Board at the Olympic Lagoon Resort is all-inclusive. This includes a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Royal Olympic restaurant. Or you can have lunch or dinner in the Rock n Roll diner. Two visits to the Captains Deck per week are also included as well as 1 visit to 7 Orchids Pan Asia, The Greats restaurant and Garibaldi per week. Also included are snacks and ice cream, selected international and local-branded alcohol, cocktails, juices, soft drinks and coffees. Rooms also have a stocked mini fridge with one bottle of mineral water that is replenished daily as well as soft drinks and two orange juices. The hotel has a number of bars.

Additional Activities

Other facilities include tennis, basketball, darts and mini-football. The hotel runs a daytime activity programme plus there is archery, a football academy, aqua aerobics, volleyball and more. Adults can unwind at the Serenity Health Club and Spa. This has a sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath and treatments. Plus there is a gym and a hairdressers. There is a hotel-run creche for babies aged 6 to 36 months.

Entertainment

Children can run wild in the Little Monsters Kids’ Club. This is for those aged 3-12 and activities may include arts and crafts, games and a number of outdoor activities. Teens have their own zone with games, a chillout area and a number of fun activities. In the Xperience Arena bar, you can enjoy Kanika All-Star performances with state-of-the-art sound and lighting. Entertainment may include magic shows, mini-discos, bingo, quizzes and Broadway-themed performances.

All rooms have WiFi, a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, a mini-fridge with drinks on arrival, a safe, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and more.
